Developer License - $34.99
Purchase the module with the Source Code. This option is 1 license along with the source code.  This license includes the source code in the event you are a developer or have access to a developer, and want to make modifications to the module for your own unique purposes.  You must purchase multiple standard licenses for each DNN installation/website you wish to use the module upon.  For example, if you maintain 3 websites, website1.com, website2.com, and website3.com, and you want to add some extra functionality to the module and further customize it for your own needs... You would need the Developer License which comes with the source code and includes 1 license.  Then you would need to purchase 2 Standard Licenses for $19.99 a piece.

 



Enterprise License (Unlimited) - $99.99
Purchase the Enterprise License of the EasyForm module.  This license allows you to use the module on as many DNN sites and installations as you maintain. This is an unlimited license and includes a copy of the source code. If you are a web designer or developer and would like to install and use the EasyForm module on ANY site you'd like... then this is the version for you!
